About Us

We specialize in providing care to patients that have Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental disabilities with moderate to severe nursing needs. We provide 24-hour nursing care by our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to assist with a variety of medical needs. We’re able to accept the same level of care as an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Some of the consumers we’re able to provide 5 STAR care to are consumes with g/j- tubes, total parenteral nutrition (TPN), and ventilator care, and Diabetics. Our ownership team are health care providers as well, and have made a point to fix some of the issues with healthcare. We have low patient to staff ratios 1:2 in most cases and we’re considered a less restrictive environment than a nursing home or an ICF. Our patient age range is from 10 years old to 90+ all requiring 24-hour nursing care.
